Just an odd montage of NES video games that tell a short tale. Had to look this one up after the wackiness in the chatbox, earlier.
Nintendo Cartoon Hour
Made by someone over at Channel 101, but I can't find the name/credits for it.
Btw, for those not familiar with Channel 101, it's a great way to focus on telling concise stories; 5 minutes max. It's done once a month.
Basically, submit a 5 minute (or less) "pilot" episode. It must tell a complete story. All new submissions for the month are culled down to 5 or 6 that are selected to compete against the current 5.
Then, the grand showing at a cinema/restaurant/bar. (Cinespace) People who show up for a fun time get to vote on the shows presented... the top 5 vote-getters get an automatic spot in the next month, and must defend their ongoing story against a new batch of 5 or 6 culled submissions.
Entry Fee: None
Prize: An ego boost, and a guaranteed showing the following month, if still in the top 5.
Just thought that this may be of interest, for people looking to work on short story tactics.
