Hey folks!
Reporting here from Wreck-beach film festival on the captain's computer. I'm documenting some video/photo footage, so that'll be good- here's a re-cap of what's happened:
-Projector wasn't turning on, then started smoking.
-Kirill was having probelms with his copy of Elise and had to burn another on site
-The projector was fixed!!! Captain called in some friends who were circuitry geniuses!
-A bonfire started about 40 feet high
-Kirill popped a wheelie on a 3wheel
-Everybody jumped in the pool

And lots of films! Magnus Opus was AMAZING! Look out for it!

I have 4 tapes of MiniDV footage and about 100 pics. Got the first 30 seconds or so of mostly every movie.

I'll edit it together as a documentary within the next couple... weeks? Months?
It might be bigger than I thought- the festival was AMAZING. VERY happening place.

It was definitely a festival that i wont soon forget ...Firstly let me say that the input from Indietalk members llirik and spatula was awesome..they provided a complimentry barbeque that everyone enjoyed ..They were both accompanied by cast members from their films..it was a pleasure to have them on board..What can I say ..The beach was hot with action..although there was a lot of audience noise while films were shown only one complained...The nonstop action was almost like making a feature movie ..Im happy to report that no real problems arose,and most went away with pleasant memories ..We already have submissions for next year ..and most of the audience informed me of their intentions to return for our 2006 festival..it will only get better ..Film awards will be made public on our website in the next while..
Im excited to wonder what spats will come up with ..he sure shot a lot of film..Again thanks to all who helped ..I might add that there is one person that should be mentioned that was not able to be here for the fest, but wanted to be ..Im talking about indietalk member called "BIRD " shes been very supportive throughout ,Shes the best ..Hats off to you bird your one special friend indeed..

Aw, shucks Captain, Thanks :blush: . Wish I could have made it there this year. Hopefully at Wreck-Beach 2007, I'll premiere my ani. :lol:
 
Yes, I did, Spatula. Great review and pics...it felt like I was there. Hmmmm, no wonder I've this hangover....I didn't do any drugs, did I? :D
