There hasn't been a whole lot of useful information on this topic, so I was wondering if anyone has experience with making a custom effect (or script? or plugin? the terminology is confusing as well) for Premiere Pro or After Effects.
I want to make a script (that sounds most accurate), preferably in Premiere, that adds and modifies keyframes in the "Time Remapping" effect. Is there an easy way to do this? My prior programming experience tells me I ought to be able to do all of that in a single for loop, but I can't find much info on how to even do that...
