I need to buy a camera to start making my movie's and well I don't know which camera to get I have a limited budget but any ideas and places that sell decent camera's would be appreciated.

There are two things that are VERY important when getting a
camera:

Manual controls for the iris, shutter, focus and white balance.
A microphone input.

Panasonic HDC-HS700
