cinematography which camera work is better? help please

thanks. I used a program called movie storm, it used to be free but now they charge a shit load of money for what its worth. I think it costs $100 - $150.
I cant help with which one is better as I'm still chuckling over the awesome speech! 
The first one had some better cuts iirc, but I also like the sweeping establishing shot in the second. Maybe start with something like this (but maybe don't show the dudes in that shot), then cut to a dolly shot and slowly reveal the guys doing thier shady work.
