Where do you watch/upload your Indie Films?

Depends you we are targeting

The sites mentioned above are all great, but we try as well to upload or cut a deal with local internet distributors.
If you want to target the UK, for example, I know that LoveFilm is a good platform. Of course you need to get a deal before.

I find that the quality on vimeo is generally better, but YouTube gets more hits. So I put showreels and the like on vimeo and my shorts on YouTube.

Vimeo. I joined a couple of short film groups on there, and now i'm never short of something to watch. Such a great community too.

I use Vimeo, because I love the community there, but how about you?

I also like Vimeo... I like youtube... but Vimeo feels more designed towards indie making, where as Youtube has slowly deteriorated in community to the point where its mainly run by companies like Vevo..... Dailymotion is ok but I feel their website is clunky and a pain to navigate.

Also, I'd stay the hell away from Metacafe. It's a slower, more annoying version of Youtube with terrible layout I can't stand to even look at, but that's my opinion.

So yeah, I like Vimeo the best, and youtube after that...

Where I share

www.amebia.com Is where I share. I built this site specifically for independent film makers to share their works!

The site allows you to upload feature films for free and is easy to navigate and provides quick uploads.

The coolest part is that the site is only for independent film makers so videos you upload are not lost in the clutter like vimeo or youtube.

www.amebia.com would make a great place for you to start sharing!

I definitely watch more films on vimeo than youtube. The percentage of quality is at least 10x higher.
