Im trying to make a web series, and I have a good idea for one. Its just me and my twin brother who are working on it right now. Where do you find good actors? all I know is craigslist but i dont think thats a really good place to look, because when I made a posting there, some guy who I knew from film school who was trying to become a videogame designer sent me his headshot lmao.

I'm assuming you have no money if you are looking on Craigslist?
You could try to find a casting assistant who wants to jump up to casting director and persuade them thar deferment or a joint venture approach would be mutually beneficial.
If that is too tricky, try CastingCallPro, most actors on there have their Resumes and showreels.

So you tried craigslist and you got an actor who wants to be in
your web series and you think craigslist doesn't work? You got
a resume. That seems like it worked to me. The harsh truth is
actors who are willing to work for free on your web series will
have other jobs. Actors who make their living acting will not
work for you for free.
Okay, you don't want to use craigslist because you got a headshot
from someone you know and you don't want to use someone you
know. What about schools in your area? Are their any colleges or
universities that have a theater department? There will be actors
there. What about acting schools in your area? I typed "acting
schools Vancouver" into Google and found several. There will be
actors there. What about on line casting places? I typed "casting
movies" into Google and found a lot of information. Use "auditions"
in your search. Use "casting Vancouver" in your search.
There are actors everywhere.
I cast an entire feature film off craigslist. Anyone saying it doesn't work is a bit behind todays's filmmaking learning curve.
Wow that's not the case with me. Craigslist was where I got my flakey actors who never showed, so I don't feel like using that again.
If they don't show up for auditions/interviews it's a GOOD THING -- you can eliminate them out from the get-go (put them on a blacklist) and look at others in the pool. However, being in Saskatchewan, your pool may be very small.
