Is this some burst ramp the editor selected whenever there are fast movement? Is this a software plugin?

That's all done in-camera, handheld with a gimbal.

what do you mean done in camera? It sure looks like he is speed ramping . I know about the gimbal. i`m tallking about the movements of the dancers. nobody moves that fast.

I disagree. The audio is camera mic, and speed ramping would blow sync. R.E. the guy on the left: he's "air drumming" an occasional phrase in beat with the music. I see no evidence of speed rampong in any of the spectators.

And I've seen dancers move that fast in this style.
