what is "Withoutabox" ???

I know, may be the dumbest questions anyone has ever asked, but several film festival submissions ask to submit through withoutabox, and it even has it's own website but no info on what it is, i checked wikipedia.org, doesn't come up!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys!

A service that accepts an online application and fee, but you still have to send a screener, so you do need a box, unless they have EPKs with video now, but I'd send a screener.
