What is the most frustrating aspect of being a filmmaker?

Working with people who say they know what they're doing but don't have a clue. Especially actors.

People who are fashionably late.

Most A-List actors = nicest people you will ever meet.

"Up and coming" and "I CONSIDER myself an A-List actor but I'm really not" = snobs and self important beyond belief.

People who "know better" and complain about other hats, like lighting complaining about the acting.
