What is the best capture card for importing analog signals to Mac?

I'm looking to import analog signals such as: Video 8, HI 8 and VHS into my Mac.

The quality needs to be absolutely as high as possible.

Would anyone be able to suggest to me the best piece of kit for the job?

I've had a search around on the forums, but couldn't find much on this that was recent, so apologies if i've missed similar threads.
