What Follow Focus?

Depends on what your going to do...
I found the hard part is getting a solid mount on the GH2 so that it doesn't twist when you use a FF. I use FD lenses and bought the ciecio7 FD adapter with the tripod mount.

that tripod mount is more rigid than the one on the GH2.
I have an indiFOCUSmini it came with snap gears, but I dont use the gears. I found cheap "red rock micro" knock off gears from china, work fine and are cheap to replace if you break one..
Its just a so so FF. I want something better and tighter, and they are out there now, for great prices....
I also pull out my driver vent hose clamp DIY model when Im in a hurry..

I'd say it depends on what you're shooting (ie doco? events? narrative?) who your crew is (ie do you have a Focus Puller or are you pulling yourself?), whether you or your Focus Puller will be pulling from a monitor or off marks, and what sort of rig you currently have with your GH2.
