What do you think about this lighting kit?

Hello guys i found this lighting kit which is very good price but I am not sure about the quality ... can you give me opinion on this kit?

It looks like a cheap ebay light kit.

Halogen lights are cheap. But they take a lot of wattage!
They also get REALLY hot which is a problem when you turn off the air conditioning so that you get better sound. You cast and crew will get tired and want to go home early in all that heat.

Personally I use a DIY LED kit.
They use about 100 watts each and relatively little heat.
