What do film grad school look for in applicants

Once I finish undergraduate school with my BFA in motion picture production my goal is to go on to grad school. My goal is either USC or UCLA. I am not delusional, I know these are tough to get into :) What exactly do these school like to see as extra curriculers and such? Thanks!
