What % do distributors pay?

If a DVD lists for $14.99, what is the typical percentage paid to the vendor by the distributor for DVD's sold (when the vendor supplies the finished, shrink wrapped DVD's)? 40% of the list price? 50%? 60%?

Again I am not talking about a situation where the distributor designs the DVD box cover, does manufacturing, marketing, etc.
