I copyrighted my screenplay with WGA and they sent me a fancy paper.
Wow it actually looks pretty cool!

EDIT hahaha i guess this is not a copyright..... LAME!

It's a certificate of registration. The copyright is in effect at the moment that original intellectual property is created. I just print mine out from the website. I'm guessing that this is your first registered work. You should frame it.
