Website to search locations?

I remember checking out a website where you could search LA locations. It had pictures and everything. Anyone know what the website is?

I think it's run by the city. You can search for "alley" or "Liquor store" or "street" within a certain mile radius of your choice.

Doesn't sound like it was STAR you were looking for, but CinemaScout coincidentally handles that too.
