Water Marking/Conversion Troubles

So I'm trying to water mark my buddys video's, but I keep having problems.

I'm in Final Cut, and I bring in the finished video, drop it in the time line, and the time line matches the parameters of the clip, I bounce it out and it's the same size of the file I just imported, 191mb.

Then I go back, throw in a PNG water mark that I made in photo show, and another PNG for the video information lettering, render, and when I bounce it out, it's only 45mb!

This wouldn't be that big of a issue since it comes out in what appears to be full quality, except when I upload to vimeo or put it through the compressor, I loose quality and the water mark and lettering flicker with the changes in the back ground.

When I go into the info, I see that I'm loosing almost 10,000 on my bit rate, but I can't figure out why, does any one have a idea of what's going on?

Here's the video as I'm getting it to appear now,

Ya, I finally got it right and pulled it, it had to do with the bit rate and format of the PNG, and when I applied it to the video it changed how FC processed it. I still think it's weird that it did that. Here's the link to my final product, still couldn't get it to retain it's original size though.... Still lost 3/4 of the size... Strange....

Ya, I'm really a fan of Stuey's videos, I was really sweating the conversions, I didn't want to make his work look bad just to brand it, glad I worked it out.

oh ya, n that's sposta be "of Canada"... not or...
