Wanted : Dolly, Trcak and Glide Cam system (UK)

I am looking for anyone who has dolly, track

Check out this Aussie sytem

http://www.gidgenet.com.au/wallydolly/

I've used it with full broadcast sized cameras and with camcorders and it's a great system. Plus, it's relatively inexpensive.

The only down side is that the camera op has to have superb balance and motor co-ordination to get great results as the whole system is really light.

They also do curved track sections if you need them, but it's an extra expense.

A suggestion- check out www.cinevid.com. Bill Johns has built and offers schematics on building your own dolly and even a jib and steadicam. I have built the dolly and it worked admirably (although leaving plywood in the rain definitely hurts it;) )
