Thanks Indie! It’s from years ago, and the film is even years older than that. Strange how things like that happen; I was approached to submit films to a fest in 2021, submitted, and won!

In the past I’ve been frustrated with fests and the award system and all the additional money filmmakers have to spend to promote their work.

Got rejected plenty. My film that got on Hulu and was mentioned in the LA Times,etc. would be rejected for film fests all the time. It cost substantial money just to get rejected. I generally avoid submitting to festivals, but it’s nice to win.

I really am proud of this short. It never gets huge numbers, but I think it still stands up. I hope you al enjoy!
