This video festival is a part of the ninth annual d.u.m.b.o. art under the bridge festival and
is designed to showcase new work of video artists living in the greater New York City area.
Entries can be video, film or software-based. Acceptable screening formats for the festival
include VHS, Mini-DV, DVD, 16mm, betacam or Mac/PC-based software.

A signed entry form, director’s biography, synopsis, and a $15 entry fee ($25 for late entries)
must accompany each submission.
