My name is Poshin and I am a vfx professional.
Through out my experience of working with lots of filmmakers, I realize many people don't really have a idea of what vfx could do for a film or what kind of thing will be more efficient if done by VFX.
I also found out a lot of time filmmakers have a great idea or need for their film but they don't know how to achieve it. Or sometimes filmmakers assume that certain things can be done in VFX but by the end find out it can't happen or it costs way too much to fix some problems.

The goal is through providing useful information, filmmakers can understand and use vfx as a tool for film making. They can also prevent potential problems.
