Veags 12 can anyone help with this mistake

I don't know what I did But for some reason a magnify glass icon showed up where my Cursor usually is and
every time I clicked it would make my time line tiny. I hit Crtl D making the magnify glass disappear but now i have a tiny time line that is ridiculous to work with. I even reloaded it and it seems to be saved like this.
How can I make this go back to regular? i've looked all over the inter web.
