TV pilot script - first scene filmed and out, rest of pilot in post. Need advice plz?

Hi there - so that seems all over the place...

I am quite new at this. I was a teacher and then a background actor - now, I am an writer, actor, and producer all at once...

Well, I wrote a treatment and a pilot script (my first script) that I was able to get a sizzler for and it got a lot of attention. It caught the attention of a rather distinguished director who took the show on - "The Grand Prince of Moscow" - I am in Atlanta. I was able to pull some investors aboard after we filmed our first scene. The scene is the cliffhanger for the pilot. I realize there are some things I want to change on the scene. I want to make it shorter.

So we got an experienced and quality crew to film the rest of the pilot. It is done in the best way. It should be network quality. The story and acting - I "hope" will be good. We are in post for the pilot.

Like I said, I am new at this. The director, just directs. So what to I do now? It's not like I can call netflix and ask for an appointment.

Should I reach out to an agent? Manager? Production company? All of them? Wait until the pilot is finished before submitting? Just submit the script.

Also, I am not all concerned that it has to be the show with my production only. I am open to selling the concept/story. I understand the actors and everything might be changed. But I am open to that as well? I never promised anything.

I would be most grateful for any suggestions or ideas. I'll attach some links too. It might give you an idea of the project I am marketing.

Thanks!
Edward
