Spent a lovely four hours, in the hot sunshine, yesterday teaching someone from Carlton Television all about fight stunt-work.

Bit singed today, but worth it.

Was baking yesterday. I got heated up, and took til now to really cool down, mate.

Was teaching in Thailand last year, but you don't seem to feel it so much out there.

WOW! Sounds like a hot day. It's been in the 100s here with the heat index and all that. But just tonight it RAINED!! Cooled it off alot! ;)
Training is important...I have about 9 months before my next BIG film and have adviced everyone to work out alittle bit each day to get into that "hero" mode and look. It's good to work out! :D

what exactly were you working with the lad from Carlton with? To be honest I'd rather stay in the office with this lovely A/C :)
For a writer, this heat just melts your brain and then I've got no hope of getting anything done :)

A lad in the park? It was a lass, Ano.

Not that it makes any difference. She runs a Thai Boxing school here in Hampstead.

Basically, I did my proper job, fight directing.

Took her through three odd hours of my fundamentals.

I have my own system, which is huge, so takes ages to learn.

Got her to a good stage though.
