This project is something we have been working on for a few months. The trailer is done, and would like for you guys to see it. Im a new member and love everyones work and post on the forums. Please excuse the orange gun, was a test scene we had to use for the trailer cause we were strapped for time. The trailer is being shown at a festival.

Not bad. But there are a few things I don't really like.

It's uninteresting. It's not boring, but it isn't attention grabbing, which is the purpose of a trailer. A trailer isn't a chance to be creative, a trailer is an advertisement.

The fight and gun scenes need some work. The blood looks like something that was pulled right out of Action Essentials, and quickly composited into the shot. It didn't really match the environment, and it looks far too digital. The fight scenes also could have used some foley and quicker editing.

Anyway, nice work.
 
Must agree with ChimpPhobia, the trailer does nothing to excite me about the film. It Looks like it was shot and edited very quickly, and the story seems boring and unoriginal.
 
I have to disagree. It's a competent teaser; cryptic enough to be compelling. And the film's gritty quality is admirable too. Yes, the visual effects are substandard, but that aspect can always be fixed.
 
Thank you for the feedback, the action part is crap. There is no doubt about that but it was never meant to be shown but since it kinda helps make the trailer make sense I had to toss it in there. Anyways I just wanted to see if people thought it was complete shit, what im gathering most think its not interesting. Let me see what I can do. Thanks again
