It's a funny shirt but that sends a wrong message. Doubling up is actually counterproductive; makes the condom more likely to rip.

understood, but it's meant to be funny, not an instruction manual for contraception. If someone wears a "come at me bro!" T-shirt, you're not gonna challenge him to a fight. It's just a saying, not taken literally. ;)
