Titling a Production Company

I am terrible with titles... at least when it comes to things I'M involved in.... (I still don't even have a working title for my web-series, which is now in Post)

But I'd like to come up with a production company name... what should I look to for inspiration?

Take something from your life.

My first "studio" was in an alcove of my apartment; hence, Alcove Audio Productions.

Or you can try a joke.

I used to rehearse at Wachuwan Studios. Of course, when you called them to book time, the name became obvious; "What You Want."

You can be painfully obvious.

One of my friends owns Legal Audio; they clean up audio for attorneys, etc. (BTW, they did the NYPD and FDNY tapes after 9/11.)

Look for things that have made an impact on your life, or you think are funny, scary, interesting, etc.
When I was younger, I had went over to my aunt's house a lot. In the upstairs room I slept in, there was a cymbal monkey. I'm not sure if it was motion or sound activated, or just plain broken, but it would randomly go off at nighttime. Hence, ChimpPhobiaFilms. BTW I am not afraid of chimps, only broken cymbal monkeys that scare the hell out of people at night. Little demons.

Mine came from a party game. To determine your porn star name you combine the name of your first pet (Lucky for me) and the street you live on (mine was Hardwood). I liked Lucky Hardwood so much that I kept it.

Dave Chappelle would always says clickity clow in his skits, me and my friends started saying it all the time, at least I did because I thought it was hilarious. Hence Clickity Clow Productions.
