editing Title Effect (question?)

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make a good title... like "MY TITLE" with panning light that shines behind it and reflects off of water or something... What program should I use... I have After Fx, I just don't know how to do this...

Yes the Shine from TrapCode works great with After Effects, I haven't tried the plugin in Combustion yet though.

I do have another one though that I've used from Cycore. It's the Light Burst 2.5
