Tiny phantom power?

Hi, all.
I have a lavalier mic (tiny clipon), but my Lumix GH1 doesn't provide enough power to it. Is there a tiny phantom power unit that will power the lav? I picture it shaped like this below, probably taking a single battery. I haven't been able to find one.

Thanks. I remember what happened, now: I bumped into these a while back, but noticed they all took XLR cables (I use 3.5mm and 2.5mm jacks). I would need two XLR adapters, making me have to add 3 more items just to my mic wire. I'd have:
- Mic wire
- Extension wire/converter
- XLR Adapter
- Phantom Power Supply
- Another XLR Adapter

It could outweigh my Lumix GH1!

Also, anything deemed professional - like audio adapters, in this case - is priced like it's made from silver unicorn eggs... so, I wanted to just wait and see if I could find a phantom power supply with the right 2.5mm or 3.5mm connectors. I don't need it just yet, so, I have time to look.
