timecode error

I've gotten this error before and I think it was because there was not enough room on my harddrive, however this can't be the case this time. There must be at least 400gb on this hard drive. Any reason for this:

I tried rewinding the tape all of the way then batch capturing. This worked for SOME of them. But some captured the wrong material... material from the complete wrong part of the tape... strange.
