About THE LAST INTERVENTION:
A mockumentary farce, about how 17-year-old Melky and how he copes with life after her mom, Marisela, boots her out of the house because of inappropriate friends and unacceptable behavior. Melky’s decision to move into Grandma Abuela’s basement spurs Cheche, her father, to solicit a film crew to document a full blown intervention on his daughter’s behalf. The rebellious daughter of divorced Dominican parents discovers her family is having an intervention in her honor. It's not exactly how she planned to spend the weekend.
