I'm currently supporting a crowd funded project over on Indiegogo.
This is a movie that is about to be made in the UK, and I personally know one of the Producers/Actors, Ben Loyd-Holmes.
Ben and his team are very enthusiastic about making a quality movie, and are endeavouring to raise £20,000 towards the overall movie fund.
The campaign finishes this coming Monday and they are sorely in need of a cash injection.
They are offering AMAZING perks for campaign pledgers (I particularly like the £40 and £75 perk).
Let's face it, crowd funding is probably moreso about reaching the masses and a large amount can be raised from small pledges, if there are LOADS of contributors.
We've all been doing extensive campaigning on Facebook, Twitter, and other blogs and websites, but we really need to reach more people, and encourage a bulk of contributors to get involved.
These guys are all about contributor involvement, and have kept us all in the loop as to the progress of the film, the location recces they have done, and the team have started doing live chats each Monday night, to answer all our questions and keep us up to date.
They are very dedicated, and we are all very excited about what they are trying to do.
