I am not asking you to add me on facebook but I am asking if I posted a link to my facebook like this http://www.facebook.com/LukasDiSparrowActor would I break any rules?

Nope, that's fine, we even have a thread around here somewhere where we're posting our facebook links to share. If you're doing it from a purely promotional angle, it should be posted in Promotions though.
