I'm looking into adding Spanish and English subtitles to our movie Cornelius. Is there an easy way to do this myself?

It is my understanding that subtitles are added via the DVD authoring/burning software. I know in Apple's Final Cut Pro Suite you can use DVD Studio Pro to add subtitles. It says on their website you can have up to 32 tracks of subtitles per video. That is impressive.

I don't recommend using the DVD Studio Pro subtitle creator because you can only use it in that program. If you license your film the distributor may use another program forcing you or them to re-type everything.
Your best bet is to use some proprietary software that creates a standard subtitle file in ASCII such as SRT or SAA.
