Submission Copy Format?

Hi, here's a nooby question. I am submitting my movie to some film festival using withoutabox.

It asked for 'Accepted Submission Copy Formats' and gives me the option of 'DVD NTSC', 'DVD PAL' etc

Does it means that i will have to submit hard copy of my film in a DVD format?

Unless that particular festival gives you an option of submitting an online screener, via WAB's system, then yes you need to submit a hard copy of your film in a dvd format.
