I've heard about the big debate between style and substance, but I'm wondering which is more appreciated when applying for a job? What makes the biggest impact?

I'll launch a new MICRO flexible-fuxu crowdfunding campaign, cancel my original order for the Blackspaztic POS 1000 and upgrade to the Para-POS 2.1.2 PRO!XL-lite with "Squishy-Tek", the adaptive diaphragm of destiny!
