I've heard about the big debate between style and substance, but I'm wondering which is more appreciated when applying for a job? What makes the biggest impact?

I'll modify my original OUTRAGEOUS crowdfunding campaign to a more lean MICRO crowdfunding flexible-fuxu campaign, send in my money and wait on a mailing list for three, four, five, six, eight, ten Jovian months to receive...

And during that generous waiting period I'll watch Blackspaztic put out announcements of new incrementally less-f#ckedup products, like the POS 2.1, followed months later by the POS 2.1 lite and POS 2.1XL.
Weeks later Blackspaztic will announce the release of the Para-POS 2.1.1 with "Nite Noise."

I'll launch a new MICRO flexible-fuxu crowdfunding campaign, cancel my original order for the Blackspaztic POS 1000 and upgrade to the Para-POS 2.1.2 PRO!XL-lite with "Squishy-Tek", the adaptive diaphragm of destiny! :yes::yes::yes:
