Want to be a stuntperson in Hollywood, or just experience what they do? The Las Vegas chapter of Women In Film, a national nonprofit agency, is sponsoring a 2-day stunt clinic being taught by three professional stuntmen in Hollywood:
* Dennis Madalone, stuntman and stunt coordinator for the Star Trek series (Voyager, DS9), and stuntman in Army of Darkness, as well as over 50 other films and television series
* Chuck Borden, stuntman and stunt coordinator for over 160 films and television shows
* Pat McGroarty, stuntman in films such as Reservoir Dogs, Days Of Thunder, George of the Jungle, Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas, and many more.
These skilled stuntpeople will be teaching a hands-on, participatory course in four major stunt disciplines: high falls, horse falls, air rams, and ratchets.
This incredible event is open to the public. It takes place May 31/June 1 in Las Vegas, NV. Ticket information and more info can be found at the website at www.WIFLasVegas.org, or by calling (702) 737-7337.
