I have a question regarding juridical issues.
I am living in Shanghai China and would like to make some shootings around the city (not GTA style.. more like amateur filmmaker wannabe style
). Is there any kind of permit that I must have to do just random shootings? I will not look professional eheh, just my camera and tripod, but I would like to avoid some unnecessary time spent on a Chinese jail...
I would like to know regarding your experience, what should I do and where do you generally get those papers if they are indeed needed. Any input from a Chinese indie filmmaker would be even better
