In premiere you can export your sequence as WAV file. I'm sure it's similar to FC.
What does your audio post person want? Have you asked yet?
I always ask for OMF2 with 20 second handles. I want the visuals as a HD .dv stream with audio (the original audio track is for sync). I also want all of the audio from the unused takes for dialog editing purposes and, of course, room tones and dialog wilds separated into folders by scene.
