I thought it was pretty cool project,
my first real DP gig was with the guy\producer in the kickstart vid
Lavenda (the brunette) read for my short Power Up
I bought my used follow focus from the director

so its like Im family.. lol

What I like about is the REASONABLE amount, $5k or so, not asking for too much..

Their vocal audio was very nice.
Lettuce know what they used!
But that's a lovely example of how NOT to record your BACKGROUND audio right over your FOREGROUND audio.

Power Up is comming along nicely, I finished most the roto loat night and am deep into the final batch of special effects..

Composer is heads down too..

The Teaser for How To Kill A Dead Man looks pretty good. But the first video that is asking for money or donations for the kickstarter is not that good. The first time I watched I did not really look at the text in the video and I wondered why it was two girls talking and laughing a lot. I think it would be better if the director used dialog to talk about the film in the video.

I think the Teaser video would actually be a better video for the landing page for the viewer to see first unless he improves the other video. I think the teaser video shows talent.
