editing Silent Film Style

Hello,
I'm currently in the process of making a short silent film with stop motion and was wondering where I can get some existing templates online. What I need is already made title card backgrounds and pictures I can use behind the text when I show dialogue.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have photoshop? It's really easy. If you don't have it I can make you one in a few minutes. Just let me know the dimensions and if you have any examples of the style you're going for. Like the kind of border or graphic you want.
