On November 16th, 2007, the Thespian Troupe of Elkins High School in Elkins, WV, will be hosting a juried short film festival. We are accepting submissions.
Depending upon the number and type of films submitted, awards may include Best Documentary, Best Fiction Film, Best Direction, Best Acting, Judges Pick, and Audience Choice. These are not monetary awards.
Submission Guidelines:
1)All submissions must be received by November 13th.
2)All submissions must be on DVD formatted media.
3)All submissions must be between 5 minutes and 25 minutes in length.
4)Submissions may not contain vulgar language, including but not limited to common swear words and racially-charged language.
5)Submissions must be of appropriate theme and subject matter for being viewed by high school students.
6)The administrators and judges of the short film festival reserve the right to withdraw any submission from judging and presentation for any reason.
