My short film.

Hi all,

We from Viet Nam, my first film is "bồ câu không đưa thư", the meaning of the title is "squab does not send the messages".

I think you can view it, because this film dont have dialogue.

The director is my friend, she's my classmate. I write sricp, I shoot this film, then I edit it.

I need your comments. Thank a lot!

That's a very solid short you have there. Overall, very well done.

A couple of things bugged me:

1) That skidding sound, when flashbacks start. Too literal. Plus, it sounds like Fred Flinstone just hit the brakes. :lol:

2) The blatant matching up (complete with red & green highlights) for things that do/don't match up. Once again... too literal.

I'm left feeling that the few voice-mail messages were somehow important to the story. Wouldn't make sense to make a film with no dialogue aside from those short bits. I'd suggest adding some sub-titles, for any foreign target audience.

But yah... a well made short flick. I enjoyed it a lot.

i thought it was a great short..well put together and loved the comic sounds and music it had...well edited and sound was good...as for the phone..i kinda figured it was a no service thing and the call could not be made....

well done Thagnv...keep up the great work
 
In the movie, when you hear the sound from the handphone, the sound mean the phone had empty of money to make the call!
