I didn't feel any sense of urgency from any of the good guys nor did I feel threatened by the bad guys. Your actions are too relaxed. To the point that it felt like you guys didn't care about rescuing your teammate. And in the end I didn't care that he died. Primarily because we had no back story to your teammates character.

When getting shot, put more jerk into the reactions and focus on where your getting shot at. If you're getting shot in the chest, jerk the chest. Shot in the head, quick snap in the direction of the shot. Always imagine that there's a string pulling up in the direction of the hit. It'll sell the reaction more.
