I may have asked this question before, but I went through the search and can't find it if I did, soooo.....
Here's my situation:
I have been asked, on two different occasions, to send edited video footage to someone as a jpeg. I have been asked to send it through the mail and on disc. The newest request is so that it can be uploaded.
I haven't the slightest idea how to do that. Does this mean when the footage is edited, I should export it as a jpeg? I know one of the selections on FCP is jpeg-4. Can/Do I send it as an attachment?
I have asked people who know (?) FCP how to do this and they look at me blankly.
So, okay, maybe I am asking them wrong or wording it wrong. All I know is I think I better figure out how to do this before it really becomes a issue for me.
Can someone explain to me what they mean and how to do this? Or at least explain to me why it can't be done...
