Selling DVDs online and Digital Downloads

I want to do the DVD stuff in house and some digital stuff in house too and also iTunes and Netflex and Zune. I don't want to rely on another company other then iTunes (Apple), Netflex and Zune (Microsoft) to do this sort of thing and I want to hire some people to go about doing it for me in house. And perhaps do it online as well as sell it to stores and such. So how do I go about doing this? And what kind of equipment and software do I need?

If I understand what you're asking, you're looking for a DVD duplicator. You should be able to find a second hand one relatively cheap since a lot of people have moved on to Bluray. Depending on the output you need will determine the cost and what else you need.
