Script Reading Question

Has anyone ever video taped a script reading or just recorded the audio with a tape recorder?

I know some actors get so much into the roles they have to read they get into semi costumes and stand up to act out some of the parts in the script.

I have never done this but I think it's a great idea just so you really see where the actors stand and you can work out the kinks.
