Samyang 35mm or something else as a starter?

Hi guys,

I am having trouble choosing which lens i should by first for my 600d/t3i.

I have ordered a Samyang/Rokinon 35mm cine lens, but just got a message that it is out of stock.
Is that lens a good starter lens or would you recommend something else?
